Welcome to WJ Dance! We are the most prominent K-pop dance studio in the Washington DC area, specializing in K-pop, Chinese fusion dance, Jazz, Hip-hop, and more. Jazz Funk, is a vibrant blend of jazz technique and street dance styles. With a focus on musicality, dynamics, and attitude, this class helps dancers develop both technique and performance presence. Expect stylized movement, powerful grooves, and choreography that’s bold, sharp, and expressive.

This class introduces dancers to the foundations of contemporary dance through expressive movement, fluid transitions, and body awareness. Students will explore floor work, release techniques, balance, and emotional storytelling through motion. The focus is on connecting breath with movement, developing control and freedom, and discovering personal expression within choreography.
HIP-HOP
