Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

1. Minimum 5-10 years of dance training experience

2. At least 2+ years of teaching experience with youth (ages 4-15)

3. Proficiency in one or more dance styles, including: Hip-Hop, K-pop, Jazz, Jazz Funk, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, Afro (Additional styles are a plus)

Technical & Teaching Ability

1. Strong ability to teach across levels, from foundation/beginner to advanced training

2. Experience developing age-appropriate techniques, choreography, and class structures

3. Ability to break down movements clearly and adapt teaching styles for different age groups

​

Curriculum & Program Development

1. Experience in designing or co-developing structured dance curriculum

2. Ability to plan progressive training programs with clear learning outcomes

 

Personality & Soft Skills

1. Patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoys working with kids

2. Positive, encouraging, and able to build confidence in students

3. Strong communication skills with both students and parents

4. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

5. Passionate about dance education and committed to student growth

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience preparing students for showcases, recitals, or competitions

2. Basic knowledge of injury prevention and safe training practices

3. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

4. Availability for weekend classes, events, or performances

Technical & Teaching Ability

1. Ability to teach across levels from foundation/beginner to intermediate/advanced, or strong expertise in a specific level with well- structured, level-appropriate training design

2. Experience designing engaging class structures for adult learners with different goals (fitness, technique, performance, etc.)

3. Ability to break down choreography clearly and adapt to different learning speeds

4. Comfortable teaching single drop-in classes and adjusting to a flexible class flow​

 

Personality & Soft Skills

1. Positive, engaging, and able to create a welcoming and inclusive environment

2. Strong communication skills with students from diverse backgrounds

4. Passionate about dance and committed to student growth and experience

Job Requirements:

2. Experience working with kids and teens (ages 4-15) strongly preferred

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment

Program Operations & Coordination

1. Support daily operations of the Youth Summer Camp program (June-August)

2. Assist with check-in/check-out, attendance tracking, and class coordination

3. Help manage class flow,transitions,and on-site logistics

4. Assist with daily communication, including updates, schedule reminders, and parent inquiries

5. Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for students

6. Communicate effectively with both students and parents​

 

Personality & Soft Skills

1. Energetic, patient, and enjoys working with kids

2. Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

3. Strong communication and teamwork skills

4. Adaptable and able to stay organized in a dynamic environment

Availability Requirements

1. Available during June-August (Summer Camp period)

2. Weekday daytime availability required

3. Open to potential transition into a Operation Manager/Associate role after the summer

 

Additional Preferred Qualifications

1. Background in dance, performing arts, or youth programs is a plus

2. Experience in customer service or front desk operations

3. Basic knowledge of safety procedures (CPR/First Aid is a plus)

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

1. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing

2. Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar

Graphic Design & Video Content Creation

1. Create a variety of materials: social media posters, brochures, postcards business cards, and other branded assets

2. Edit video content for platforms likeInstagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, adding effects, transitions, captions, and music as needed

3. Ensure both graphic and video content are produced efficiently and on schedule, maintaining a quick turnaround time

Filming & Production Support

1. Independently film simple content as needed and support more complex video shoots

2. Be available to assist with both basic and more involved filming projects when needed

 

Social Media Management & Marketing

1. Manage and operate multiple platforms, including: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu(RED), and more

2. Plan, organize, and publish photo & video content regularly

3. Monitor performance and provide basic analytics insights

4. Support broader marketing efforts, including: SEO, GoogleMaps presence, and other digital platforms

 

Community Engagement& Customer Interaction

1. Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

2. Assist with maintaining an active and engaging online community
