Contemporary 101
Service Description
This class introduces dancers to the foundations of contemporary dance through expressive movement, fluid transitions, and body awareness. Students will explore floor work, release techniques, balance, and emotional storytelling through motion. The focus is on connecting breath with movement, developing control and freedom, and discovering personal expression within choreography. Perfect for dancers who want to expand beyond structured styles and explore creativity, flow, and grounded movement. Cancellation Policy
Due to limited capacity, if you cancel less than 6 hours before class, there will be a $10 cancellation fee, no class credit deducted. No-Show ( don't attend and don't cancel) - Package users: class credit for the booking is non-refundable and will not be reinstated - Free Class/Unlimited members: $15 no-show fee Classes must be cancelled at least 6 hours before the class starts. All cancellations will be refunded in the form of *class sessions* and will be processed within 72 hours of cancellation. Otherwise we are unable to refund you for cancellation.
